All finishing is done in-house and includes: grommets (eyelet’s), hemming, slitting, and cutting, welding, zunt cutting, stitching, lamination, guillotine.

Our competent despatch department will package all finished products as required by our customers – whether for in store display or freighting.

WELDING

A fabrication or sculptural process that joins materials, usually metals or thermoplastics, by using high heat to melt the parts together and allowing them to cool down causing fusion.

STICHING

Stiching is a process whereby fabric is fashioned into a finished product by means of different sewing techniques. In itself a highly specialized field, stitching requires care and precision.

HEMMING

The process in which you fold back and sew down the edge of a material to form an edge or border on or around. Hemming is a way to enclose or confine.

EYELETS

Eyelets for in signage are are circular pieces designed to be attached to the corners of the banner or tarpaulin. They form neat holes that allow the tarp to be easily hung or mounted.

 

GUILLOTINE

The paper guillotine is designed to cut a large set of paper sheets at once with a straight edge. This is used for various print jobs and print collateral.
