Screenline Factory

The Screenline factory has grown over the years as we have expanded both the size and range of our printing machinery. We also expanded the factory as we added new services to our offering, such as DTP, finishing and installations.

Our DTP department produces high resolution ‘press-ready’ artwork specifically suited to both screen and digital printing.

The screen making department with the latest automatic screen coater, which is capable of coating screens of up to 4m x 2m within minutes, allowing dramatic increases in turnaround speeds and consistent quality stencils.

A large part of the factory also caters for brand logistics for clients who need their products stored in a secure environment.

Screenline is also ISO 2000/2001 certified and adhere to the highest quality standards.

Environment

We are committed to do business in an environmental responsible way and do so by;

  • Cleaning utensils and printing screens with low toxicity cleaning solvents.
  • Using ultra violet curing inks that contain fewer solvents than conventional inks.
  • Removing wastewater by using certified carriers with industrial wastewater treatment facilities.
  • Operating in full compliance with all applicable environmental legislation relative to our products, processes and activities.

Our state of the art press line includes a M&R 4 colour, inline press, and a M&R 6 colour, carousel press. Because we are always at the forefront when it comes to the latest printing standards and equipment we are able to provide industry leading production turn around times of the highest quality.

Our large-format screen printing and digital printing equipment sets the industry standard in quality.

Screenline has 4 large format screen printing machines capable of printing up to 3m x 1.5m on a wide variety of substrates. Coupled with the use of UV technology, the end product is of the highest print quality.

Our digital printing department is capable of printing high resolution (786 dpi) “photo realistic” prints onto a wide range of substrates. Due to dramatically reduced setup costs and time, this is a great option for short runs and design proofing.
